I used Cynthia Zito for my daughter's 1st birthday party this past September. The party was held in my backyard and over 100 guests attended, including many young kids. With such a large amount of guests, I used Cynthia to make the party enjoyable for all. She was great!!! She handled everything from ordering a tent/tables/chairs, table cloths, center pieces, the catering for both dinner and dessert, waitress help, a face painter and a bounce castle. This would not have been possible without Cynthia's help. She is organized and extremely efficient and her hard work allowed my wife and I to enjoy the special occasion with our daughter. I would highly recommend using her for any type of party as she is very creative and enthusiastic about planning a great event.

I hired Cynthia as a party planner for my daughter inlaws baby shower. She came highly recommended and now I know why after all the planning she did. This shower were for twins and over the top. Cynthia planned it all from soup to nuts. I didn't have to do a thing. Centerpieces were adorable, plastic large dump trucks filled with butter cookies with balloons for all tables. The twins are boys! She even created a wishing well. All favors wrapped with a very cute saying for all the guests. The shower was a great success and I received so many compliments, all thanks to Cynthia. I would definitely use her again and recommend her to everyone.

Cynthia planned my bridal shower and made it a truly unforgettable day. She understood exactly what I wanted and created a refreshing and unique bridal shower at the long island wineries. Cynthia thought of and organized every detail from a coach bus to transport everyone and catering, to beautiful personalized favors for each guest. She was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire experience.

Cynthia took the stress out of planning and executing my son's birthday party, which had 40 guests in attendance. When I arrived at the venue the day of the party, most of the set-up was already complete. I was able to enjoy myself at the party because the hard work was taken care of by Cynthia. Cynthia is kind, detail-oriented and very patient. I would hire her again in a New York minute!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every ceremony/event is different. Some clients want to meet a few times before the actual date, some may want to go over the ceremony at the rehearsal, pricing will vary. I truly understand and try to work within everyone's budget when possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first conversation is typically via email or telephone. When possible, I prefer to meet with my clients to go over the details. If all parties agree, we move forward and plan the best ceremony/wedding/event, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ordained minister with the First Nation Church. I have performed both religious and non religious ceremonies as well as same sex marriages. I also have done numerous party planning weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, fund raising, etc.
