He saved my life! I mean that literally. When I first started working with Charles, he helped me through some very trying times both physically and emotionally. But when I started working with him on my physical challenges, he designed a program which lowered my blood pressure by 50 points (returning to safe levels) and helped me regain much of my mobility after a major stroke.
