Introduction: I work one-on-one with math students of all ages and skill levels in order to build their confidence and boost their abilities. Whether it is middle school, high school, or even a parent going back to college, I can help! I currently provide services to the Main Line Area school districts and private schools assisting students with Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, SAT/ACT Prep, and College Math. By really getting to know my students and building a positive relationship with them, I can develop individualized tutoring plans to fit their unique learning styles, utilize their strengths, and boost their confidence! I encounter many frustrated students who dislike their math classes and dread doing homework assignments. We all know math can be a subject that one has difficulty relating to and that is why an adept tutor is important to make learning easy, effective, and enjoyable. I take pride in making math more "tolerable" for the disinterested student with my lively and energetic nature. However, tutoring is not only for students who are struggling or preparing for a difficult test, it is also useful for those already successful students who are seeking a little extra to achieve excellence and reach their highest potential. As a teacher and tutor, I know parents want the best for their child and I am committed to providing a math tutoring experience that both students and parents will enjoy. Parents are constantly updated on their child's progress and, if requested, I like to keep in contact with the student's teacher so our time together can be effective and consistent with what the child is learning at his or her school. Last year my son, was really struggling in his Algebra 2 class. It started off extremely rocky. He just wasn’t grasping the material all. I needed to do something ASAP for fear of him failing. The first two test, he scored a 62 and 66. I talked to a friend regarding my son and she recommend Mr. Fazio to tutor him. My friend said Mr. Fazio did wonders for her daughter. I hired Mr. Robert Fazio to tutor my son and my son ended up getting a 78 on his midterm , 82 on the 3rd test, 88 on the 4th and a 91 on his final. My son would have never survived without Mr. Fazio. I have signed my son up to prep him for the SAT’s. Mr. Fazio just makes the information more understandable and easier to learn. He was very punctual, very professional and extremely worth the money. In fact I tip him extra just because he does such a great job. An excellent math tutor, whom I’d recommend to anyone who needs assistance in math.

Robert Fazio’s Math Tutoring was everything expected for my son’s math needs. His website was easy to follow and when I contacted him for information he replied quickly. All my questions were answered. When we met for our first session Mr. Fazio explained to my son and I the policies and procedures and expectations of the tutoring session. Since his visits my son has flourished with his math tests and is more confident when it comes to math. Mr. Fazio’s prices are reasonable compared to other companies. He is now offering online tutoring and my son and I are looking forward to exploring this new feature added. We will definitely keep Mr.Fazio around for my sons academic needs and recommend him. It’s great to have a honest local business owner willing to put in the effort to make sure his students succeed! It is very obvious that he has a passion for mathematics!!

I found Robert through a google search while looking for additional support for my daughter, a student at an academically competitive private mainline High School, who had missed a number of weeks of school for illness. She was at a level that neither my husband nor I could be of value when she had questions, and the amount of work that she needed to learn was overwhelming. I can honestly say, this has been the best money I have ever spent - such an incredibly lucky find! Robert always does his best to accommodate us; he is willing to come as late as necessary, and even met us at a Starbucks 30 minutes from our home, on the night before an exam, to squeeze us in between other appointments when he was very busy. Most importantly, my kids adore him, and respond so well to his instruction. Robert is always positive, patient and encouraging, and his personality is the perfect balance of the seriousness required for the instruction, and the humor needed to make the students feel relaxed and motivated.

Bobby is a fantastic math tutor and person. My college level summer math class was causing me a lot of stress and Bobby was able to ease that. He made himself accessible whenever I needed help whether it be a simple question or meeting for an extended period of time during our sessions. I am not very confident when it comes to math but Bobby made sure that I was comfortable with the material and we took as long as we needed to make that happen. If we were working on a topic that he wasn't familiar with, which barely happened, he took the extra time outside of our sessions to grasp the material and explain it to me thoroughly until I understood. He was professional, timely, and always polite. If I didn't go to college outside of the state I would continue working with him in a heart beat. My only regret is that I didn't find him sooner!!

Robert Fazio helped me a lot through intermediate algebra during the fall semester of 2017 at Montco. His flexibility to meet over the weekends and the handful of late night weeknights fit my full time work schedule just great. I've learned many different ways rather than the instructor at the school of how to do a math problem. His detailed step approach made it easy for me to follow with the notes I've took from him. I'm a slow learner myself but his patience made everything easier. By finishing the semester with a 4.0 GPA I have the confidence that I can tackle any challenge. I advise any college student who is having a hard time understanding why certain things happen in a problem go see him. Also his is very quick to answer by phone or text for appointment set up.
