Tami and her team have come in twice now. They have been attentive to detail, and flexible on the days scheduled. My house looked and smelled great today, and they are all so nice! I wish I did not have to write this review, but unfortunately I think it is only fair that people are aware of what happened to us. We had hired T&M Cleaning previously and were pleased, so we scheduled another deep cleaning with them. I talked her through what we wanted before leaving to run errands, when we returned at the end of service, a good amount of cash ($240) was no longer in the place that we had left it. I am 100% certain that it was there (in a discreet and hidden place) before heading out while they cleaned, my husband watched me count it to make sure we’d have enough to pay them and put it back (before they arrived). When we returned home, I was with our one year old son trying to prepare dinner and my husband was trying to figure out what happened to the cash. Feeling a little flustered we gave her a check, not wanting to point the finger without being 100% certain of who took it. She laughed off the missing cash, took the check and then returned immediately returned the check after talking with her employees out in the car. This seemed odd, as she was ok leaving with the check two minutes prior. Aside from the missing cash, I inspected the work they did after they left and was upset to find very little/none of the cleaning tasks that we asked for were done. We asked them to wash all surfaces, vacuums & mop all floors, vacuum and clean the stairs, etc. The stairs were not touched, I could pick up clumps of cat hair off every step 20 minutes after they left (we only have one cat) so I know they did not clean them at all. Bathroom mirrors were left uncleaned, sticky residue was left on surfaces (that was not there before), they did not move any objects to dust/clean and in some cases left surfaces completely un-dusted/cleaned. I am not sure what they were doing in our home for the almost two hours that they were here, this thought made my husband and I very uneasy. We will certainly NEVER be hiring them again and advise you against it as well.Jun 27, 2018VerifiedTami L.'s reply
Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, as we strive to provide our customers with the best service. We work hard to hire only honest people. We have established policies that limit the opportunity for theft. For example, my company requires that two cleaners be present in a single room at all times. There is also a strict policy against opening cabinets and drawers. If a theft accusation does occur, we do work with the client and authorities to help find the guilty party, IF THERE IS ONE.” That is why I didn’t except the check you gave me. I do want to get this matter resolve since you are returning customer and your business is important to us.
Initially I was greatful they could come at the last minute! In a three- floor half- house we needed floors, bathrooms, and counters cleaned. The walls, trim, and floorboards had just been painted and did not need cleaning. The stairs were not vacuumed, the toilets still had water rings, the showers still had a film on the walls and fixtures, We had tenenats moving in the nextt day and unfortunately they needed to clean themselves.! We had the new tenants subtract the cost of their time/ supplies from the rent. The cleaners chose to refund the money rather than return. I had been given an opportunity to walk through before paying her and I should have walked into the bathrooms to take a close look!Feb 9, 2017Verified
