- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$45/hour is our standard flat rate for services provided at our store-front. $50/hour is our standard flat rate for services provided for on-site repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A potential customer will either call or come in to the store with what they want us to fix. We offer them a free estimate (including additional parts if needed).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15+ years of working on PCs, Laptops, & Networking. I am mostly self-trained and have even built web-sites reaching 50,000 views a day. Over the last few years I had to familiarize myself with smart phones & tablets. I went to school for IT and Computer Engineering.
