Robert was the first to reach out to me. I sent him a few pictures and he gave me a quote right away that included all the parts and labor. We decided it was a fair price and went ahead. He and his father arrived to our house and were able to do it within 2-3 hours. They even were helpful enough to give us suggestions for future projects and offer their services as well. Having used other handyman's in the past this was done much more efficently and the quality of the stucco work they did was above what we thought, it blends extremly well to our existing wall. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED.Oct 21, 2016Verified
Robert delivered what he promised quickly and on budget.Jul 28, 2018Verified
Robert and his crew were so nice and professional. Great communication and very clear on what work needed to be done and how long it would take. I needed an entire side of my house stuccoed after removing an addition. They worked really hard and were always on time. They kept the site clean and made sure to cover and protect windows, etc. from getting damaged. I would definitely recommend.Oct 30, 2018Verified
Came out nice. The only negative thing I would say is that they removed the doorbelland didn't put it back. When I tried texting Robert about the missing doorbell he never text back.Dec 30, 2017Verified
we are very happy with the quality of Robert's work. He always responds to my texts very promptly, arrives on time and makes sure the work area is cleaned up. He and his co-worker are very courteous and easy to work with. We highly recommend them.Dec 3, 2017Verified
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Working with their schedule is first. Secondly explaining the steps that have to be done as well as material used. Lastly giving them a full explanation of how long it will take in full and why.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I grew up in this trade so my training started young!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? Most customers decide to always go with the cheapest quote. The advice I give is if you request multiple quotes you shouldn't look at the cheapest and automatically hire. You should review what they offer their word, quality, recommendations,& reputation. If the person you go with is the cheapest price, offer and explain there self correctly as well as backing there self up with what's provided. Then that's even better!
