Great guy. Doesn’t try to upsell or nickel and dime you. Comes there to do the job and is on his way. Double checks his work to make sure everything is running and working properly before leaving. We’ve had previous people that would come in and leave before checking if the printer was hooked up or if the scanner was functioning or able to run through our network. I'm glad to give Jeffrey the highest rating possible. In all aspects he provided superb performance. His response to my initial request was extremely quick. He made himself available for a home visit within 24 hours. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the computer problem. He went "off the clock" to make sure the job was done right and even performed some system clean-up for which he didn't charge.
