He is a skilled trainer who will guide you through fun and challenging workouts that incorporate interval training, calisthenics, kickboxing, yoga, and so much more. He is also incredibly friendly and funny, and I find myself laughing throughout our sessions, even though I'm exhausted by the hour's end. My sister and I have been training together with Jonathan for just over 4 months and have experienced significant results. In addition to losing 20 lbs. since I began working out with Jonathan, I also feel so much stronger and happier overall. I am actually disappointed if I have to miss a workout...and I have never really been THAT girl! ;) I would highly recommend JB the Fitness Guy to anyone who needs a little extra motivation and/or guidance when working out or to anyone who just wants to mix up their current exercise routine. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Number one: I ask the client what his or her goals are. We then discuss the goal. If it needs modification we adjust and then get to work. If the goal is realistic we leave it alone and get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I played semi-pro football; was invited to tryout for the Canadian Olympic track team (400 meters) and I have a 2nd degree black belt in Hapkido Karate.
