Great trainer! He gets you up and going, he can motivate you, even when you are at your worst! Lost 33 pounds in 4 months! Wow!!! I need to book more sessions because I need to lose another 20, if he could do that for me or shall I say with me, he would be my super hero! If you would throw in a discount that would be an incentive to get started a little earlier ! js
