The two guys came on time, figured out how to negotiate the inside staircase and moved two bulky power recliners without a scratch. They were extra careful and polite. Highly recommended.

Pros: - Sam is a 2 person work machine. So if he says there’ll be 3 folks, count it as 4! - very efficient and professional. They worked tirelessly for 5+ hrs and I never felt they were wasting time, doing unnecessary things etc. - very mindful and considerate when moving : taking care of item as well as walls (not leaving any mark). And later helped with arranging furniture in place. - pretty responsive. They were delayed by an hour but Sam notified us 3-4 hours in advance. Cons: - They have a regular sized truck and so we had to do 2 rounds of shifting (yeah, my 2 bed Apt was full!). If only they had a giant one, we could’ve saved a trip.

I had a crew of four come out to help me move stuff mostly within my house. My house has a lot of stairs including a crazy spiral staircase which can be tricky to navigate, so this is no mean feat. Items moved or removed included mattresses, grand piano, huge area rugs and everything that usually goes on top of them, file cabinets, packing my art and many other items. The team addressed everything with an absolutely positive and can-do attitude over the course of our almost 4-hour engagement, with no slowing down! This is key when you have a long list of items to accomplish, and they made me feel good about the project. No item was too big or too small. They even took the initiative to use pieces of cardboard I had around to help pack my art in addition to bubble wrap. The Pacific Pros help me transform my space in a major way, and would 100% recommend to anyone.
