I stupidly opened a bad email and was phished!! I tried calling my old computer support person and never heard back. I have been in Heber for about 1.5 years, so I had no idea what to do if my guy in SLC didn't get back to me. I googled computer support in Heber and up popped Ace Rescue Computer Solutions. The reviews are what prompted me to call and leave a message on Sunday morning. Aaron responded almost immediately. It was a Sunday and Father's day!! I dropped my computer off that night and it was cleaned both of dirt and viruses the next night. He gave me some good education on computer maintenance and it was incredibly reasonable. I have used the Apple Store before. Aside from being a scheduling nightmare, I always leave feeling like an idiot. Aaron was friendly, polite and gave me a lot of good information and advice. I have an older MacBook Air that I accidentally wiped clean and had to have the operating system reinstalled. I first took it to Apple and after they quoted me a price, I decided to look elsewhere. I was lucky to find ACE Rescue Computer Solutions here in Heber. Aaron was amazing at getting my MacBook up and running again, and was much cheaper than Apple, plus he is local. If you're looking for someone to help fix your computer needs, ACE Rescue is the place to go!
