FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different. AOV works hand-in-hand with your insurance company. AOV depends upon an Industry CAD program -Xactimate to provide a fair cost to either you and/or your insurance company. There are no surprises, no guesses, or random numbers thrown around. If you do not have insurance, AOV still depends upon Xactimate to provide the fair and standard cost of service to you. We offer a Veteran's discount and we pay for personal referrals!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call comes in from potential customer. AOV gets some basic information over the phone such as client name, property address, extent of damage, name of insurance company (if applicable). AOV goes to location of damage ASAP, assesses the damage, and sketchs the affected area taking lots of pictures. The client signs contracts with AOV. Once that is complete, the mitigation process begins with water extraction, any and all tear-out, and finally by putting in appropriate equipment to dry-out the home. AOV works hand-in-hand with your insurance agent/company leaving you with nothing to worry about as we are now your advocate and liaison.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
