Priority 1 was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. They detected issues that were unknown with both the septic system and furnace, both would have been not only significant costs to me, they were both extremely hazardous and dangerous for the current homeowners. Highly recommend.

This company was a pleasure to work with from the second we called him to the final inspection report. He was very helpful throughout the whole process. He even recommended other contractors in case we wanted to follow up on anything with our house. Definitely will refer Priority 1 Inspections!

It was an easy process working with Ty. He took the time to show and explain to me any concerns or problems he found. He also answered any questions that I had. He made a stressful experience for me much more relaxing and even though I was nervous in the beginning of the inspection I felt much better when it was over thanks to him.
