I hired Jake to clean out a very foul smelling manufactured home for a real estate seller/client. A tenant had vacated the house - she had about 20 cats as a cat rescue operation in the house - instead of a large shed!. The smell was awful and it was a huge job to get rid of that and the cat spray on the interior walls. Jake worked hard in stinking conditions and roller painted all the pressed board floors to seal them, and also some of the walls, with an oil based shellac paint then painted the entire interior with interior flat latex paint. Baseboards had to be replaced and carpet tack strip, as well as removing all air duct vents to clean them and wash out the vents. After lots of hard work the result is that most of the cat smell is gone and the house is now sellable. He was reliable and did a job that most people would not have wanted to do. I would hire him again to do really tough household cleanup work!
