Percy and his team are phenomenal! I was very nervous about moving because moving companies are often not careful with your stuff, or they are downright rude. This was far from the case with Percy's team. The guys handled my items with care and respect. They were efficient with their time and were super friendly. Highly recommend!

Percy and his team were excellent! They helped my pack my Upack containers for cross-country move. I ordered the Upack containers myself, and the way it works is they drop off 3, and if you only use 2 they don't charge you for the third. Percy and his crew are excellent at arranging and packing every inch and got my entire 4BR house into 2 containers which saved me $1000 from Upack. They were also super nice and easy-going which kept me in a good mood even though I had a lot of stress from packing and moving! Highly recommend. Also a super good rate compared to all the other services I shopped around.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and reasonable we're not here to break the bank, we're here to save it.... If you pay for anything (i.e furniture etc) after the move is because you wanted to and not because you had to. That is Money well spent.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is a new customer even if there are not our first impression is our only impression and if we can't make 5 stars out of that... Well then you just didn't hire us! 😊
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing moving by helping a family friend move and boy was she particular and back then I wasn't as patient as I was now. 5+ years later I appreciate her more and more.
