FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my quotes are somewhat customized. I don't believe in set pricing because I feel each property and circumstance should dictate the pricing of the services offered. In general, however, one should expect to pay anywhere between 9% with a certain minimum ranging between $90 - $100. With this pricing, however, the client can rest assured that it is all-inclusive, meaning, I handle as little or as much as desired for the same price, no added fees or hidden costs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background in real estate began as a receptionist at a commercial developer's company when I was barely out of high school. I spent 8 years there and "graduated" as the direct assistant to the CFO. During this time, I attended the University of Southern California's Leventhal School of Accounting for a solid background in accounting and business. Upon graduation, I was offered a job with a regional developers, this time, which career brought me to relocate to Nevada. It was here that I had direct experience in commercial underwriting, industrial property management, and retail management, before I decided to open my own firm, focusing on boutique property management since 2009. I have a solid background that encompasses all areas needed for the best asset/property management.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It has always been my dream to have my own real estate company but focused in property management. That is my strong suit: accounting, customer service, tenant relations. It takes a specific type of person who can handle this work load. I am up for the challenge and rewards.
