Introduction: Hey! I'm Michele and I'd like to thank you for your possible interest in working with 38Luxxe. The food & beverage industry is a passion for me and freelance bartending allows me to bring my own sense of creativity, personality and experience to your event. Along with my 13 years of experience in the industry, I have completed a 35 hour bartending course at the San Francisco School of Bartending. I love what I do and it shows in my work ethic. Whether you are planning a backyard birthday celebration or an office holiday party, I am committed to providing professional & exceptional service with a genuine smile and cheerful personality. Depending on your event needs I can provide discreet and low key service or I can aid in maintaining a fun & festive environment for you and your guests. My hourly rate is for my basic bartending services with tips (tip jar) allowed. A 2 hour minimum is required for all events for up to 75 guests. In order to provide you and your guests with my best service, 75 guest is the most I am willing to serve on my own. If you find that extra time is needed during the event I am flexible with pricing for additional hours. I provide my own bar tools, and can provide up to two small portable bar tops to serve from for a small additional fee. After-hours events (midnight and later) and long travel times may incur additional charges. Once the deposit has been paid and the date reserved, all bookings come with an over the phone or video consultation to discuss the specifics of service and what supplies and products may be needed. I also offer help in planning a drink menu as well as creating a specialty cocktail for your special event as add-on services. I accept cash or credit cards only. I use Square secured payment processing. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your booking. (See cancellation policy) Please feel free to message me for more information and any other questions you may have. A resume can be provided upon request. I look forward to hearing from you. ***Cancellation Policy*** - Deposit is refundable if booking is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled event date. - Bookings cancelled later than 14 days are not guaranteed a full or partial refund of the deposit and will be determined on a case by case basis.

I can't even begin to describe how great this gal is. Hands down, the best decision we made for our event. We had a little over 120 people and we wanted an open bar with top-shelf. Luxe came in and did a phenomenal job. Very easy to work with upfront in getting a quote and our event went off without a hitch. Michele was on-time, professional, efficient and friendly. We also created a custom drinks list and they were able to accommodate us. Before you think of buying your own booze and hiring help from craigslist for your next event, I would give Luxe a call. In all my experience, this was the most professional bartending ever. I must admit, I was a bit nervous about coordinating everything at our company’s Christmas party. I needn't have worried. Michele knew exactly what to do, when to open and pour the champagne for the toast, and were completely prepared for any drink that the guests could want. On top of it all they were very friendly (and patient) with all the guests. What guests commented on was how smooth the entire operation ran. One can tell that the owner takes great pride in her company and wants to make the guests feel comfortable, going above and beyond her normal duties. The Communication with the office was fast. The bartender was professional and friendly. They really went above and beyond to provide a good experience. I will definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone. Amazing experience!

I had Michele Taylor as my bartender for a friends birthday party and she was amazing! She had so much knowledge about the drinks and what every person needed! She was fast and on point! She was confident in what she loves to do! I plan to have Michele bartend at my wedding in Hawaii! I’m so excited! Thanks Michele! You are awsome!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My standard price is $70/hr with a 4 hour minimum. I am willing to be flexible with my pricing to better fit the budgets of my customers if needed. Additional charges for portable bar top and other supplies if needed.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I completed and passed a 35 hour bartending course at the San Francisco School of Bartending. I have over 9 years of experience in the food and beverage industry working every role from restaurant hostess to my current position as a cocktail waitress on the strip.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    Working in the food and beverage industry was my first job, and has been the only industry that's truly made me happy. I started as cocktail waitress and quickly decided that mobile bartending was the route I wanted to take to take my skill and knowledge to the next level.
