- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a flat rate for new home clients afterward and once we know your system we charge a low hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are new to Thumbtack but have been in business for close to 19 years. After contact we would like to have a quick conversation explaining as best you can the problem. Example: computer will not boot or turn on, running slow or there is a screen saying to call a number.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Microsoft partners and have extensive training in network and data recovery.
