Introduction: I am a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker. I can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Working together, I will move you and/or your team, school, or organization in the desired direction. In addition to my work with the John Maxwell Team, I teach Health Care Administration, Leadership, and Coaching courses at the Undergraduate and Graduate levels. I am passionate about helping all people become the best version of themselves through professional coaching and personal development. Through coursework and 1-1 work with a professional coach, my students expand their leadership skills to increase their own potential and improve organizational results. Finally, as a mother of two amazing teenagers, I also enjoy working with our youth. Using John Maxwell's "YouthMAX" curriculum, I offer workshops and seminars to help young people navigate the challenges they face today. YouthMAX inspires and equips young people to value themselves and others, by developing and maintaining a positive self-image, showing compassion to others, persevering in the midst of adversity, and creating a daily routine of successful attitudes and behavior. The goal of this program is to equip and empower youth to develop their leadership skills through adding value to others. I love adding value to others and helping people reach their full potential. There is nothing more rewarding than helping someone overcome an obstacle that they previously thought was insurmountable and watching them achieve what they thought was impossible.
