- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my pricing is fair and competive with all other tech in the area... I will do my best to beat any price or previous quote if applicable...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I receive confirmation, I then will contact customer, set up start date and time, and confirm payment arrangements. Then once a week you will receive a text message with a picture of your serviced pool and any remarks or things needed for the maintance. ( such as ..need to add water, basket is damaged, filters need cleaned, etc)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a pool and spa operators certification from the National pool and spa foundation... picture is in photos..
