FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to stay within industry standard however we definitely are not on the high end I find that we are very fair. Almost all of our customers are repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically contact the costumer and we go out and introduce ourselves and look at what our future customers are wanting we then work up a bid to let them know the costs. We usually like to get an idea of what type of budget our customers want to stay within. We do not recommend costumers getting pricing over the phone for projects that are highly labor intensive or in materials because a good contractor will always want to put eyes on a space prior to give a price unless it's for small odd jobs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in business management and have managed this since graduation. We also have several master carpenters who have 20 plus years experience and are the best at what they do. All of our staff are men with high integrity and good work ethic they get the job done right.
