First of all, Rich responded the same day that we posted on Thumbtack. We needed several "odds and ends" done, from refinishing the front porch ceiling (textured and painted), to reseating lights that were hanging, to realigning a back door, to repairing siding. Rich went above and beyond, taking into consideration weather factors, curing time, and so forth. He was reasonable, professional, prompt in coming. He worked steadily and continuously, until he (and we) were satisfied with the job. His reliable, dependable, and trustworthy. We recommend him highly and will call on him again!!
