Backflow preventers and testing,lift stations,sewer lines,water lines,gas lines, water heaters,sump pumps,sinks,faucets,toilets,shower valves,etc.Install a new water service or sewer from house to main. Locate sewer lines and breaks or tree roots. Drain cleaning and camera. I will not perform any work whatsoever that is a plumbing code violation. .Licensed for 20 years. I have been a plumbing for 25 years and enjoy meeting new people and helping people.I am new to Thumbtack and have always survived off of word of mouth. We're so disappointed in this plumber. He originally gave us a quote of $800 to replace all the supply lines under our house. My husband asked him to add on a manifold which he said would just be $200-300 more for the supplies and "just a little more" for labor. His bill to us ended up being over $1600. DOUBLE what he quoted us originally. The manifold he created is all over the place and in a room that I already told him we were going to remodel soon so it's going to be a huge mess having to move all of it. Unfortunately, my husband was not home so I went ahead and wrote him the check. When I told my husband what he actually charged, my husband called him and told him that he cheated us and lied about the price. Jonathan agreed that he did not communicate properly and agreed to give us back $200. The next day, my husband even text him again to ask him what time he would be by our house, he gave him a time. Hours later, Jonathan text my husband and said he wasn't going to give him anything back. So it's been a back and forth mess. I regret ever hiring this guy. He also stole some copper pipes from our house. A liar and a thief does not need to be allowed into your house.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normally I price per the job. It is difficult to quote a job without looking at the job but I try to get as close as possible and make changes accordingly. Sometimes the job can be easier,taking less time which would reduce cost for customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain fluently what needs to be repaired and why. Then I show them the results after I have resolved the issue or installation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been through a plumbing codes school and have obtained my journeyman license. I also have a Backflow Preventer testing license and training from Fleming in Murfreesboro TN. I also have the CMC-a certification. (Commercial Mechanical Contractors/ plumbing)
