- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing of home improvement projects to be completed will depend upon the materials the homeowner chooses, the scope of work performed, if financing is used, if insurance payments are being issued etc. One project will definitely vary from one project to another, and one homeowner to another.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we usually schedule a free, no obligation estimate and inspection. Next, we prefer to set up an appointment with the homeowner/s to discuss our inspection findings, to talk about their needs and expectations, ie. project timeline, financing options, insurance issues etc. Once a contract for work is agreed upon and signed, and a down payment is received, materials are ordered and delivered. Then a work crew assigned to the job will perform the work or installation. Most projects can be completed in a day or two depending on weather and scope of work to be completed. Final payment is then due once the work is completed to homeowner's satisfaction and the stipulations of the contract are met. We welcome our customers to rate our service and to provide constructive feedback so we can make adjustments for future business. Remember the best compliment is a referral to family and friends!!

Hometown Roofing & Constructions boasts 30 years of experience in a variety of home improvement areas, in all phases and facets of the residential construction industry, with roofing being the focus. Sometimes the best education and training is "real-life" and "hands-on".
