About this pro
Paul provided a very detailed quotation explaining exactly what was covered and how my entryway & door painting project would be executed. I was very impressed with the project walkthrough explaining issues needing to be addressed. Excellent prep work, reasonable price, very professional and beautiful work. I would hire them again in an instant and I totally recommend them.May 13, 2018Verified
To be clear...( never meeting you has nothing to do with your poor review.) I understand being 'late' due to traffic, but to cancel all together at 2:51p when our appointment was between 2-3p and that you had other appointments at 4 and 5p and you're booked for the next 12 weeks AND that you were sure I could find someone else to do the job? (at the last minute?) I hired YOU to do the job and you canceled at the last minute. So no, your poor review is actually 'fair' on my part and because you left me in a bind at the last minute,it truly should be a 1.Aug 14, 2017VerifiedPaul M.'s reply
I said we could reschedule and I could send a crew but it would be me personally that would do it. I'm sorry I upset you.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?NO..Every project is different. Every client is different .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I review client provided information and then schedule a free inspection. I then create a detailed estimate and discuss with the client to ensure I am providing everything that they need. This eliminates budgetary limitations and allows for changes and decisions that the client can make. Then we explain "Best practices" to the client and materials that will be used . We then provide documentation(MSDS forms) for each material to be used prior to work commencement. Once we are in agreement , we provide a work schedule based on the clients needs.
