- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to look at each job individually so we have a clear understanding of the pricing, Rather it is by the square footage, hourly or individual project. I preferred to be paid for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer "satisfaction". It starts with having a clear since of what they want to be completed and when. Then follow up with exactly doing so. No run around!. Let them know if you can't do it , you can't. Each property is unique and all customers have unique ideals. It's important to let them know you can do the job confidently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education: 1 year COLLEGE OF DUPAGE, Architectural drafting. 1 year UNIVERSITY of ARIZONA, Archectectural design. 1 year KANSAS STATE UNIVERSITY, Environment design. 2 years EASTERN ILLINOIS, degree in Graphic Design. Handled property management/Maintenance for Banks for 26 years. Had a property preservation company for 20 years.
