Tried pushing same day service then lost interest when I said I couldn't afford it yet and was price checking. Never did get a full quote. Since leaving this review he has continued to harass me via email. Accusing me of leaving false reviews and working for his competitors. These people are extremely unprofessional and pushy as well as paranoid. Folks I'm really sorry for this silliness. He never hired us and only marks us hired when he wants to put us done. Given the 40 other reviews. We provided pricing, options, flexibility and engagement throughout. We just wanted you to have the whole story since the accusations nonsense. Here's the dialog from the Thumbtack request. Read for yourselves and see if you draw the same conclusion: Hi Mitch - just left you a voicemail and sent an email before that. Do you have time to talk about the roaches? These guys are great. Just very good, honest, hardworking people. The electricity was out at my home, so Joe had to come twice, but not once did he express reluctance. As a matter of fact, he came by on a hot July 4th morning to take care of it all. Forget the big brand names, support local business owners and get the best service and price with Black Diamond.
