Mr. Jonathan Parham has always been prompt to respond to a help call and is a very hard worker. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of his career field and stays current. He maintained and repaired or upgraded all of our desktop computers, printers, scanners and related equipment on the network at VCU. He was always courteous and professional in his work and performed more than the minimum required work. A true self-starter, Jonathan constantly looked for ways to help us with our IT needs and improve our systems. He is well versed in all current software and IT systems. He is a loyal employee and is well-liked by his co-workers. We suffered a great loss when his job was cut during the State budget cut-backs. I have over 50 years' experience in management and I would hire him immediately if I could.
