- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All quotes are free. Depending on the service there are set prices. Installation of a water heater for example would have a set price. Remodel of a kitchen would be set based on the scope and size.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process varies from job to job. Typically provide a detailed face to face with the customer following a phone call or email inquiry. Go over step by step the job, budgetary factors, any hazards, best material for the job, customer concerns, time for the customer to make and informed decision, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
