What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are fully aware of the value that real estate holds as part of your investment portfolio. It is our desire as professional property managers to make your investment as profitable as possible, and to protect your pride of ownership. We require resident insurance from our tenants. This helps protect your properties from accidental tenant-caused damage. Tenants are required to provide proof of resident insurance upon move in. If they fail to provide this, the property will be added to our blanket master commercial policy.
