- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is actually based upon a few factors: date, location, venue, occasion, number in attendance and event admission fee (if applicable).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When connecting with a new customer, I like to get to know as much as possible about the organization, event and audience. This allows me to tailor my services to my customer's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Leadership Studies, and I've been speaking publicly for over 20 years. In high school, I was captain of the debate team, winning the VA State Championship in Lincoln-Douglas (values) debate. In college, I led the Lincoln-Douglas debate program, interviewing high profile guests to the university, such as Spike Lee and delegates from South Africa during the reformation. Since 2001, I've served as a business consultant, business owner and spiritual leader. I've spoken at events all over the United States and in other nations, such as Israel and Jordan. Audience sizes range from intimate groups of 10 to over 10,000.
