  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing is $29 for a half hour session, $58 for a full hour. All clients go through a fitness assessment, which is a full hour. Additional pricing is available for 2-on-1, 3-on-1, and 4-on-1 training. With enough people, small classes are also available.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    All clients come in for a free consultation so we can get to know each other and talk about your goals. After that, we schedule a a fitness assessment to find out where certain fitness levels are starting. From there, we will schedule sessions based on your schedule and what works best for you.
