- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices that are quoted on this app are NOT set in stone. We generally like to discuss pricing over the phone or in person with our customers. Too much confusion has come about when pricing a job over the computer like this so to avoid that we prefer to talk directly to the customer. That also ensures to our staff and our customers that the price that they offer is the price that will be paid. All quotes remain the same unless an agreement between the customer and employee has been made to change the existing quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We properly introduce ourselves to the new customer. We explain the services we offer and give them a quick rundown of what the best option is going to be for them with what project they are wanting done. Once they're comfortable with the staff and pricing, we assure the new customer that they made the right choice selecting Jules Pro Wash and Improvements as their home and office improvement go-to company. We love our customers and we want them to live us back. Offering them the very best service is something every business do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received no specific training in the work I do. All the services I offer have been self-taught or learned through another professional. I assure you that each service I provide is one that I know I can achieve. If there is a service not listed that you asked of me, I will be straightforward and tell you that I cannot do it but refer you to the very best.
