- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
OCC has competitive prices and service. We are able to quote a cleaning service over the phone; although is better to meet the prospect client space to understand their cleaning needs and offer them a fair service at a reasonable cost. We usually offer discount to recurrent clients on their third cleaning service and give loyal clients a 10% discount when a new client they refer hire our services, on certain holidays and on their birthdays there is a 5% discount as well. There is no applicable discount to move in/move out cleaning service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
OCC needs as much details possible on the new client contact information and property size, (cleaning requirements, hours, parking and safety instructions etc...) We also concern about any health condition or allergies we might be aware of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OCC was founded in 2000 since then our personnel has been educate to understand our client needs. We also have certificate of training in commercial cleaning service, carpet cleaning and floor maintenance specialist team, disease and virus preparedness and procedure of cleaning service, move in and move out residential and commercial cleaning training and among others.
