Went to the client's house to do a walk-through estimate on the exterior. Client was not home because I rang the doorbell and no response. Upon completion of the walkthrough text to client that I need to discuss various issues on the scope of work. Client text back do what you think is your choice. Never had that kind of response from a client too many issues that need to be discussed and decisions made for me to make a decision on what the client wants. Very strange. Yet now the clients looking for the estimate and I told the client I can't give an estimate without having a discussion client never called me now wants to give me a bad review go figure
They finished the job on time, at a reasonable price, and it looks great. The owner, Jeff, provided helpful consultation and advice on choosing paint/colors as well.Aug 3, 2018Verified

Thumbtack only allows me to select three out of five reasons why I liked my experience with Epaint Solutions - but they deserve all 5! Jeff and his team are punctual, responsive, professional, do great work, and at a price that won't break the bank. Other quotes came in at a higher price and longer timeframe for the project. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We discuss the scope of work to determine if the request can be handled by ePaint Solutions. If so, schedule a a meeting if interior, or, may not be necessary if exterior. A quote can then be forwarded to the client thru email.
