Juan was very nice and polite, very helpful. However, it was difficult to get him to give me a written estimate to ensure we were on the same page, he wasn't as communicative/responsive as I would have liked but he did respond. When I texted to confirm he would be coming on the day I needed for him to do the job, he said he wasn't going to do it after all. If the job was too much, fine, but I needed to know that 2 weeks ago when I booked him, not 2 days before the only day I could get a painter in there, ( it is a rental property and there was only a 2 day window where the property would be vacant for him to paint). He started off very helpful and showed up for the initial appointment, but bailing on the job 2 days in advance and knowing my situation is very unprofessional and put me in a really bad spot. Not impressed and very disappointed.
