I contacted Nova Spa Cleaning through a referral service as I had unexpected company coming into town and didn’t have the equipment (or time) to quickly clean out and refresh the spa. The owner, Joseph, responded promptly to my inquiry. He gave me a quote based on our discussion of my needs and kept to it. I asked him to bring some of the chemicals that I was out of and he went out of his way to control costs rather than just head to the nearest, expensive spa store for them. He showed up exactly at the time we agree on and drained, thoroughly cleaned the tub, cover and components, refilled it, and treated the spa. While doing the work, he took time to explain to me what he was doing and why, then provided me a spa maintenance 101 cheat sheet so I can more easily maintain it myself. Joseph was very professional, reliable, has a wealth of knowledge, and goes above and beyond providing service and care advice. I will definitely be using this company again.
