I made an inquiry on Thursday, and Joseph responded the same day. On Friday he inspected my tree and gave an estimate. By noon on Monday the job was finished and the area was clean of debris. Limbs were chipped, providing mulch for my patio landscaping. The tree is happy. I will definitely consider calling Mason's for future tree-trimming services.

I hired Mason's Treescape to remove several tree stumps on my property. They were the third company I hired to get this job done after two unsuccessful attempts wherein the stumps just seemed to thrive. I got a recommendation and called Mason's Treescape to see if they might be able to help, I met Joseph at the property he was very honest with me and gave me a fair price and set a time to complete the job. Joseph and his crew showed up at the time agreed upon and in short order they got rid of the impossible "grind resistant" stump for good! I could not be happier with him and his crews professionalism. They hauled away the waste and left the site looking better then when they got there and just overall went above and beyond. I am highly recommending Mason's Treescape don't be like me wasting time and money call them to get the job done right the first time.

After a couple misunderstandings regarding time for a face to face meeting for an estimate, Joseph arrived with a very positive attitude. He asked me what I would like done to my tree and I answered that I had no Idea. I just knew that It had to be trimmed back so I told him to do whatever he would do if it were his. He and his helper went to work cutting here and there. He asked me if I thought it looked good and I told him that It was his decision. He was very professional and told me that he could not do anything that would harm the tree. Upon completion, my yard was cleaned of all debris and he even swept my front porch. I would recommend Joseph to anyone needing any work done regarding trimming and/or removal of trees.

Had heavy wind and rain storm damage 5 trees bringing two down on the roof of my garage. Joseph came out with his crew the next morning after giving me a quote. They were on time, professional and walked me through the entire job and any possible issues that we may have beforehand. Cut up five trees and stacked the wood for me. Removed all the debris branches and pine needles from 5 different pine trees that he removed did a phenomenal job. He even cleaned up a huge pile of branches that we had stacked up from a previous windstorm . Once he was done it look better than before the trees blew down. I would definitely recommend him for any job you have. They even cleaned out my horse pin when they were done

Had my tree trimmed and shaped. Joey was great at accommodating my schedule and worked around any scheduling conflicts he had due to his work load. They were extremely knowledable and knew exactly what they could and couldn't do to the tree so they wouldn't kill it. After the trimming they cleaned the yard better then it was when they arrived. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking a quality tree trimming with great customer service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My minimum charge is $150.. however I do offer a discount to those who are senior citizens and military or $80 off any job that's over $800
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my first objective is to understand what the customer is requesting and then I provide them a number of alternatives as to how the work can be performed. Also, I try to the best of my ability to educate them on what is best for their trees, depending on the season.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed climber by the state of california with over 10 years of experience. I also have a business license and carry a 1 million general liability insurance policy .
