I never have reviewed anyone online but I could not NOT speak to the level of service I recently had with 24/7 Plumbing . I took a chance and made an appointment based on previous reviews I had seen online and from the very start I was impressed. A serviceman was able to come out the very next morning. I received a text with the name and confirmation beforehand and they showed up right on time (this never happens in my experience with anyone in the High Desert - the awesome 4 hour windows they give you and then don't show is typical). Danny was amazing. I asked him to check out the water heater and softener in the new home we purchased. Someone these things passed inspection when we bought it - but turns out there was a major leak and the units were in terrible condition. Danny explained the situation, fixed everything immediately and installed new units that very visit. Icing on the cake - 2 days later I receive a HANDWRITTEN thank you card with a starbucks gift card thanking me for my business. 24/7 Plumbing - you'll have my continued business from now on - and I'll be recommending you to anyone who asks me for a reference. I wish more businesses conducted themselves like you - thank you!
