We have over 50 years of experience within our team, and we are dedicated to making every customer 100% satisfied. After 22 years performing government facility operations as Vice President of a 22 million per year company, I look forward to bringing that level of service to commercial and private customers. Wow! First, I wasn't expecting a call back about fall clean up for at least a week, as that is how long it usually takes for other lawn care services to return my call, but AOPS called within 2 hours of my inquiry. AOPS worked with my schedule, coming by at a time convenient for me providing a quote as I am a new customer. Immediately, I felt comfortable discussing my needs and at no point felt pressured to commit to services I didn't want. Although the quote was reasonable, the service was beyond my expectations. Not only did the service I requested get completed quickly, all of the debris was removed, not blown into the street like other services. There was care given to the details getting all the leaves out of the flower beds, although I failed to include this in my request. Our yard looks fantastic and we are ready to host our family and friends during the holidays. We're so happy with the rates and the service, we will be setting up a regular service schedule with Alpha Omega Property Services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have prices set based on size of the job and how complex it is. We can normally have a firm price to a customer once we visit the site and understand exactly what is desired.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet in person with a new client to ensure we understand they project the way they understand it. During that meeting we will assist the customer with options, if available that may be more cost effective.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 22 years in facility operations Alpha Omega brings decades of knowledge and we are always learning. We expand our skill set with training annually and attending the largest lawn and landscape show in the nation.
