Mike and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were professional, punctual, quick to reply to messages and very hard working. We had a few companies come out to give us a quote to redo our guest bathroom. One of the companies tried to convince us that going with smaller less known, "handyman" as they put it, companies may not be a good idea. I'm so glad I didn't listen to them and took the chance with J&J Service. Mike was so patient with us especially when halfway through the job I decided that I did not like the tiles I chose for the shower wall and asked him to remove and replace them. He organized his team efficiently who executed their tasks quickly and well done. Every day, after they were finished, they cleaned up nicely. His team were so respectful and polite. I would definitely hire them again to do any future projects. Thank you Mike and your team.

Excellent service. Excellent professionalism. Excellent communication. Excellent responsiveness. So excellent that we have found other areas in our house to remodel!! Next up is removing our kitchen backsplash and install new style. Repair a few stair treads that are loose. Eventually, remodeling our primary bathroom. Mike and his team were so professional that we left our home unlocked for them to work while we were at work. No that’s trust!! We know Mike and his team will respect our home, our plans, and our trust. Mike is our guy!!

Great to work with. He completed two bathrooms and installed the kitchen backsplash. I had a good experience with them. Mike is a good communicator and he will guide you through the process of remodeling. They are going to leave your place clean and organized, they are very receptive to feedback and they will do their best to leave the client happy. I have received a lot of compliments on the job they finished. Now, keep in mind, that you are going to need to be on top of them for the details of how you want the final project to look like, don't assume they will be detail-oriented. They will happily correct anything you mention. Our shower had an issue with the floor that accumulated water and he came after the job was done and fixed it. He also fixed the guest bathroom toilet flush for me free of charge. (super nice of him :) ) I would definitely hire him again, just communicate what you like and what you don't, and he will fix it. Thank you mike, We loved it
