Introduction: Helping young adults with disabilities move beyond life’s challenges and transitions by providing social, academic, vocational and independent living skills instruction. Clients become more self-determined, improve relationships and time management and discover how their gifts and talents have a place in their community. Working one on one in the community, we are able to develop very individualized action plans based on client strengths and areas of need.
