Introduction: Family owned and operated. We are 3rd and 4th generation Roofers. Specializing in residential roofing repairs, we are expert leak finders and will work within your budget to get the leak fixed in a timely manner. All repairs come with a written guarantee. Often, we go on an estimate and hear from the homeowners that they have already received estimates from very large roofing companies (think companies you see in all those newspaper ads). The problem is, most of the companies only want to redo the entire roof and are trying to charge extremely high prices to do so. Many homeowners are not in the position to spend this type of money and this is where we come in. We specialize in repairing and maintaining older roofs to prolong its life to buy the customer a few more years until replacement is necessary.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All Estimates include all material and labor as well as clean up fees for the project. We offer a senior citizen discount of 10%. We guarantee all work in writing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are contacted through Thumbtack by the homeowner we will set up a convenient time to schedule the free estimate. An owner of the company will give a thorough inspection to determine where the leak is coming from and develop a plan of action to repair it. Lastly, an estimate will be left with the customer detailing the scope of work and price with all company contact information.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 4th generation roofer that started in the family business right out of high school learning the best techniques, tips and tricks for doing proper residential roofing repairs. As I was working during the day, I also took night classes to obtain my Bachelor's degree
