- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have the most competitive prices in the area for the quality of work and products you are receiving. If you are looking to save money there are many ways to do so, including my BFF Brazilian deal (2 brazilians for $60) and my referral program (refer a friend and you both receive $10 off your next service).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always explain everything about the procedure at hand and answer any questions you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed for NYS Esthetics and Waxing. I have multiple certifications including for Classic Eyelash Extensions, Makeup Artistry and Master Brazilian Waxer.
