- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is most bouquets average 35.00 and up. Boutineers range from 5.00 and up and my centerpieces start at 35.00 as well. I am no stranger to high end events however I like to start simple and then reach for the wow factor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once given the details of your event such as location, budget, colors and specific needs Scepter creates and initial bid. Once reviewed my customer will set up a time to meet and go over the bid in more detail. Within the next two weeks Scepter will create the contract based on the bid which will need to be signed and returned to reserve the date and time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been designing with over 20 years of Florist experience including a decade of time as a senior designer for Disney's Fairy-tale Weddings. Taking design to the next level I also took classes through the Florida State Florist Association and spent time with AIFD to further my education with upcoming trends and new styles. Learning will never end for me, it is something I embrace in all aspects of my life.
