Honestly I never thought I needed a stager before. As a real estate broker I was pretty much able to get any house in shape with the help of my client. Last fall I encountered a house a little bit above what I was able to handle so I thought it was time to get the help of a professional. My clients had a small budget, but I convinced them to hire Lidia. Lidia came to the house and immediately began giving us some fresh ideas. Due to the limited budget she ended up using many of things my client already had. She did bring in a few extra touches from her collection. Who knew that new towels and art could do so much! I'm happy to report that the home sold quickly and with multiple offers. I will absolutely use Real Estate Solutions Star again!

Lidia is great to work with. She has done the majority of decorating and furniture suggestions/purchases for Townhouse. The best part is that she was able to get us a great discount on furnishings and decorating pieces. She was able to understand what look I was going for and the colors I liked. She coordinated all of the contractors that I needed for the job and took care of everything else. Even when I couldn’t be home for a job, she was there to direct everything and make sure things went as planned. Throughout each step of the design process, she presented excellent options that were always within our budget. She has excellent sense of color and pattern, and she understands how to design spaces. Each of her subcontractors was outstanding and added to the success of our design. We are looking forward to our next project with her.

After considering the options available, my wife and I decided it best to move out of our house in order to prep it for sale. After minor repairs and a fresh coat of paint, our attention turned to "staging" of the property. Our real estate agent explained the process of digital photography and virtual staging, but he also provided references for physical staging. After a call and follow-up visit with Lidia Syrwid of Real Estate Solutions Star, we were firmly decided on having her do the physical staging. Lidia developed a proposal with several options for extent of staging and related costs. Based on our choice, she delivered and arranged furniture, artwork and accessories to produce a beautiful presentation for our potential buyers. The response was overwhelmingly positive and helped to generate several attractive offers for our home in the first two days on the market. A contract was accepted shortly thereafter. Lidia was very responsive to our scheduling needs throughout the entire process. Her timely set-up allowed us to get on the market earlier than planned; her de-staging was completed in time for an expedited closing. Looking back over the entire experience, one of the best decisions we made was going with physical staging and having Lidia do it. We would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their home.

Lidia recently staged my condo when I put it on the market. I had a large condo so she had a lot of work to do, and I had a strict budget due to moving expenses. Since every project is so different, I do not have a set standard as is all depends on the scope of work. Estimates for a project depend on the size of the home and the furniture necessary.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client is different, so my process always starts with a consultation evaluating their unique needs and desires. Due to my experience as a real estate broker, I will advise the client on what specific look will appeal most to potential buyers in the home's geographic region.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years of experience in the industry. I am a licensed real estate broker and a certified HSR stager. I also continue my education constantly by networking with new people and attending professional development events both in person and online.
