Let me start by saying read this to the end. Very honest review with positives and negatives: On a really short notice, Maya did a great job in working with me for our reception. I was annoying but she answered all of my calls, Emails, and put my mind at ease. I was busy trying to be a good host, so unfortunately I didn’t get to try the food. However, by the overwhelming response we got from the guests about how great it was, I would definitely recommend using this service. Also I plan on using it again for future events. The only negative I could even mention we had a miscommunication about ice. I was going to give it 4 stars because of that but it was an honest mistake. Also I was panicked last minute and was making mountains out of molehills. At any rate, I’m pretty picky about service and punctuality, you won’t be disappointed. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have some basic pricing, but mostly I build custom menus for each event, so it can change up or down rather quickly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to either meet in person for the 1st meeting or over the phone. After that there are lots of emails and text messages before our next meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Culinary degree. I have almost 15 yrs real world restaurant experience in every position imaginable. And about 6 years experience in event planning and catering.
