Introduction: We are a boutique catering company that focuses on customizing menus and services to make each event exceptional. Maya is happy help with every step needed in planning this very important day. She even has some great tips to take some of the stress of planning away. BellaRu Catering also have a very eclectic menu that pleases just about every palette and critic. I love working with the customers to make their visions a reality. I love being able to give some of my trade secrets to the brides to take the stress out of planning. My husband and I worked with Mya through Chic Chef Catering and loved her immediately! She was really amazing to work with and helped a lot with our budget. She was very responsive with communication and very professional through everything. We would definitely recommend working with Mya with any event. Maya truly went above and beyond for our wedding day! She was the manager for our event before starting her own company and she KILLED IT! She provided incredible and helpful expertise throughout the planning process and especially on the day - Maya and the rest of the staff did more than we even expected them to (like folding napkins and lighting candles, for example). Plus, the food was amazing. We knew early on that we wanted fried chicken and Maya was able to serve it hot and crispy to 140 people; we got tons of compliments on the food and the service. Overall, she made our reception so easy and wonderful - we couldn't be happier!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have some basic pricing, but mostly I build custom menus for each event, so it can change up or down rather quickly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to either meet in person for the 1st meeting or over the phone. After that there are lots of emails and text messages before our next meeting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Culinary degree. I have almost 15 yrs real world restaurant experience in every position imaginable. And about 6 years experience in event planning and catering.
