Jen has been my stylist for over 25 years! She listens to me and what I want and suggests new styles. She helps me experiment with diffetent hair colors. I feel very comfortable with her and would recommend her for hair and nails.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer all different kinds of enhancements to go with the massage. Different oils, aroma therapy, collagen face /neck treatments, body scrubs,wraps and facials. These all are an extra fee and are different prices. Just let me know what your thinking of and I can customize a treatment just for you. Then we can come up with a price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have to go over paperwork ,that is so important to honestly fill out. Go over the wants, needs and goals of desired results. Go over conditions of the body. Explain the techniques that can be used to help certain conditions. Let me know of ANY ALLERGIES AT TIME OF APPOINTMENT!!! I use some natural product oils and flowers that you maybe ALLERGIC to. I request a 24 hour cancellation policy or FEE APPLIES Of course if your sick please cancel no FEE will APPLY at that time. Please be on time for your appointment. I have different fees depending on if I travel to you or you come to me. Please call for consultation Also I like to pre book your appointment if you like to get treatments regularly so I can get you in when you want/need it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1200hrs training for cosmetology school not to mention all the years experience and classes that I've gone to through my jobs. 650hrs training for massage. Plus every 2 yrs continuing education 20 credits. Plus first aid /CPR is also mandatory for our license to be renewed. Law/Ethics is mandatory every 2 years for license to be renewed. Also I took Reiki level 1, 2x's I completed 2 levels of IET I Love to learn and I would like to learn more about Medical massage, Aroma Therapy, Cranial sacral, and Sports Massage.
