Herman arrived in a timely manner and was impressed that he didn't have miles and miles of cord and tubing that needed to be dragged into the house. His method cleans and dries the carpet very quickly so we could put the furniture back as soon as he was done, he was very personable and even worked on a few heavy traffic areas and he did not charge a hefty extra fee for these areas. I had 3 rooms that needed the carpet cleaned. There was cherry juice stains. The stains are gone. The floors look great. Definitely will be telling my friends and family. Great price, quality work and incredible customer service.

I just moved into a house and the carpet was pretty worn. Allstar gave me a great quote and had good reviews so I had them clean my carpets. They did a really good job for what they had to work with and stayed with the initial price they quoted me. Mr Drake was on time and very pleasant to work with!
